The event will be held exclusively within the grounds of the Army Reserve Centre in Keynsham BS31 1SX. All participants will arrive in outdoor wear and robust footwear, there is an element of classroom and outdoor activity with tea/ coffee provided, though participants will need to bring their own lunch.

This day will immerse participants into leadership activities rarely conducted within their normal working day, and give them tools and techniques to take that learning forward into their future careers.

This includes an introduction to the British Army Leadership Framework and Model, planning exercises, and leader-led tasks.
