Aims

Oncology Teaching Day covering General Oncology including career pathway, chemotherapy, acute oncology, oncological emergencies.

Objectives

An interactive and stimulating training day addressing:

  • Evolving practice in oncology
  • Management of complications of cancer and cancer treatment
  • The patient perspective and role of the CNS
  • Complex decision making in cancer
  • Communication skills
  • Palliative and EOL care
