Description: Unwell older adults are making up an increasing number of admissions to the acute take, as well as a higher proportion of unwell inpatients. They are often multimorbid and not always suitable for all levels of care We have arranged a mixture of lectures and SIM sessions to cover some of the complexity in assessing frailer older adults as well as covering common geriatric syndromes, treatment escalation, and capacity and best interest decision making. This course can be used towards the following Enhance module: patient centred practice, complex multmorbidity
