Lecturer profileSally is an experienced coach, mentor, NLP practitioner, ILM tutor, working with leaders, managers and clinicians undertaking 1:1 coaching and mentoring, team development and group facilitation and programmes of organisational development within companies, primarily to focus on growth, development, skill enhancement, increased performance and efficiency to achieve better outcomes.

Sally now works as an Independent Management Consultant, after 10 successful years as a Director of Coaching Innovations Ltd. Prior to this Sally worked as a management consultant for 2 years and within the NHS for 18 years, in a variety of organisations within the Human Resource and Organisational Development field, with 8 years at Board level.

Sally has an Advanced Certificate in Executive Coaching, is a Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), has a MA in Human Resource Management and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

Utilising her extensive experience within HR and OD, Sally’s approach is to involve, facilitate and motivate individuals, teams and organisations to be successful through using a number of practical tools and techniques, to challenge, accelerate learning and create a strong value base.
