This interactive session offers delegates practical hints, tips, tools and techniques. You will have the opportunity to discuss various HR scenarios and skills required in developing a high performing team. Sally Strazanti is an experienced tutor with 18 years experience working within NHS Human Resource and Organisational Development fields.
