This interactive session offers delegates practical hints, tips, tools and techniques. You will have the opportunity to discuss various HR scenarios and skills required in developing a high performing team. Sally Strazanti is an experienced tutor with 18 years experience working within NHS Human Resource and Organisational Development fields.

Catering

A selection of vegetarian/non vegetarian options will be made available, however please be aware that we are unable to cater for special dietary requirements such as Gluten Free, Nut Allergy, Vegan. We therefore suggest that delegates bring their own food if you have a specialist requirement.

To equip delegates with most up to date research and good practice in managing the hot HR topic areas, to increase skill base and confidence when dealing with these matters.
