Sarah is a mainstream salaried GP in Bolton, other roles being a Named GP for adult safeguarding Bolton CCG, Specialist GP for the asylum seeker mental health service Salford (part of Greater Manchester Mental health trust), Outreach GP for Salford’s innovation project “Steps Ahead” – for care experienced young people, with the aim to improve engagement with primary care and to reduce mental health crisis. In addition to these roles Sarah is also a GP appraiser for NHS England and a GP mentor for newly qualified GPs.
