Additional information | This will consider key phases underlying self-management; planning, performance and motivation and using feedback to appraise development. We will also consider the role of values in providing a supporting framework for development During the workshop, delegates will be hands on reflecting on their own developmental journey and engage in group discussion focusing motivational strategies. In addition, delegates will leave with an understanding of tools that can be used to self-direct their own development. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT FULL JOINING INSTRUCTIONS WITH DETAILED TIMINGS WILL BE SENT TO YOU VIA EMAIL THE MONDAY BEFORE YOUR STUDY SESSION. Max Course is only being used as a way to get information to you, record your attendance and allow you to evaluate your study sessions. PM Study Programme: For the afternoon session we will be undertaking peer review. The Foundation Therapists will need to think about at least one clinical situation which proved to be a good learning experience and share it with the group. This could be something that went wrong or something new or unusual which you experienced and learned from. |
