Lecturer profileNida Malik is a dedicated dental hygienist and dental therapist with a passion for education and research. She
currently teaches undergraduate students in dental nursing, dental hygiene, and dental therapy at the University of
Portsmouth.
In addition, she leads a postgraduate diploma in Advanced Restorative Dental Therapy with the Academy
of Dental Excellence. Nida collaborates with Professor Subir Banerji delivering hands-on training, online tutorials,
and expert-led sessions. She holds a master’s degree and is currently pursuing a PhD, further expanding her expertise in the field.
Alongside her teaching and research, Nida also works in a dental practice under direct access, providing patient care independently.
