Lecturer profileI qualified as a dentist in 1989. I got an MSc in Periodontics in 1995 and am on the Periodontics specialist list.
I have worked in the Community Dental Service, General Dental Practice and in Secondary care.
I started working part time for the DDU in 2005.
From 2007 to 2009 I worked part time as a Clinical Tutor at the School for Professionals Complementary to Dentistry in Portsmouth.
From February 2009 I started working full time for the DDU but continued to work part time in a practice. I became Deputy Head of the DDU in 2016.
