Description | Are you an employer/manager in dental practice? Would you like to have your staff get along better, be more productive and stay in their jobs longer? This workshop will help too, if you are a team member who’s keen to have staff work cohesively alongside each other because you want a happier life in work. There’s an old saying that people don’t leave bad jobs. They leave because of bad bosses and poor management, who don’t appreciate their value. |
