DescriptionTopics on this day will include a logical approach to periodontal treatment planning, bacterial biofilms and the importance of self-performed plaque control and how to motivate patients to clean better. There will be practical sessions on the best oral hygiene methods to use (be prepared to clean your own teeth!) and clinical photography demystified (it’s cheap and easy!). Discussion on stages and timing of rational periodontal treatment planning, as well as the range of treatment options available, using our Treatment options Flowchart which has been developed over the last few years.
