Not only is it sensible to protect the health and safety of yourself and your workforce, it is also a legal requirement. Furthermore, from April 2011, all Dental Practices, NHS and Private, will have to be registered with the Care Quality Commission. An adequate and effective risk assessment will form part of the requirements.
