DescriptionThis is an inter-active seminar designed for the whole dental team. Delegates will learn techniques to help them to “read” people, and give an insight into how they are thinking. They will discover simple but powerful ways to gain trust and really “click” with others, transforming relationships with colleagues and patients. They will master techniques used by great athletes and leaders, and understand how to incorporate NLP into their practices and personal lives.
