Additional informationThe Dental Reference Service is part of the NHS Business Services Authority (Dental Service Division) and is responsible for inspecting dental practices, examining patients and scrutinising patient records. The speaker is a dental reference officer and will inform you about the standards of an acceptable dental practice.

The course is also suitable for dentists who are new to the NHS or who are returning to NHS dental practice.
