DescriptionThis one-day workshop is designed to provide a comprehensive overview of key elements of Clinical Governance. The morning session will cover good record keeping and Clinical Audit. The afternoon session will focus on health and safety.
Additional informationVery often, when things go wrong, the case cannot be successfully defended because of the poor quality of the clinical records. This session will give you a clear understanding of consent, confidentiality, good record keeping and communication skills. Audit is a mandatory tool to enable dentists to self-examine various aspects of their professional performance. This session will enable you to carry out audit with confidence, and facilitate the delivery of high standards of patient care. The health and safety session will ensure that you have the necessary skills to identify and manage risks

The course will be interactive and problem-solving, using various clinical scenarios, and will provide guidance for best patient-centric practice.
