Aims
  1. To provide up to date information regarding the induction training process & the mentor role in relation to clinical governance & GDC legislation
  2. To discuss effective ways to mentor & provide in house training support and devise and log a training programme for the student dental nurse
  3. The delegate will be able to carry out effective inductions that comply with GDC legislation and clinical governance
  4. Design a mentoring programme to logically develop and retain team members
  5. Devise an in house training programme to compliment the curriculum that a student dental nurse is following.
