  1. By the end of the session the FD should be able to: • Argue that providing posterior tooth support does not prevent anterior tooth wear
  2. • Recognise cases that should not have crowns placed posteriorly • Discuss the relative merits of endodontic treatment versus implant placement • Outline consequences of crown preparation.
