Aims
  1. Understand important aspects of Health and Safety legislation including recent changes and the requirements of the NHS Contract.
  2. Have a good grasp of new Decontamination & Infection Control Standards (HTM 01-05) and understand the changes that may be required in primary care dental practice
  3. Know about the requirements of the Data Protection and Freedom of Information Acts and how these acts may have an impact on their roles of tutors and advisers
  4. To describe both the NHS and GDC complaints procedures including changes to the NHS complaints system.
