It is hoped that the learning outcomes of each Study Day will enable
the trainee to develop a better level of understanding of the workings
of the NHS and the profession, and that by the end of the TVT year
provide the trainee with the motivation and confidence to embark on
their chosen career pathway with a greater knowledge and enthusiasm
for lifelong learning.
