Aims
  1. To reinforce the bond the group has, to confirm how far they have come as individuals, to talk of things to come.
  2. To highlight some of the major lessons they have learnt, to transfer some of that learning to the rest of the group, to embed the lessons of the year.
  3. To stimulate ideas about how the VDPs might encourage health behaviour change in their patients, to gain insight into why people don't change, to understand how motivation works.
