The world of running a dental practice has changed over the past few years. The current trend within the UK dentistry for increased litigation and regulation means that Practice Managers now have to deal with more issues than ever before. This 5- day programme provide the Practice Manager with an opportunity to gain knowledge about running a successful dental practice. The programme consists of 5 full day workshops. Each workshop comprises 2 units and delivers 6 hours verifiable CPD activity. There are 10 units in total. Small group work will enhance participant learning by incorporating time for reflection, discussion and peer learning. This CPD programme can help participants prepare  for more advanced courses such as those provided  by the Institute of Leadership and Management.

There will be 5 workshops with one workshop every 12 weeks commencing 27th March 2020. This allows time for reflection in between each workshop, allowing any work to be completed. ( such as working towards a dementia friendly practice)

Aims
