To improve the quality of clinical care by GDPs by up-dating them on the current evidence based techniques and materials.

1 Explain how to assess factors that affect the restorability of teeth.

2 Demonstrate the current methods of restoring endodontically treated teeth.

3 Demonstrate the use of direct and indirect post systems and crown preparations on phantom heads.

3 Produce direct  preparations suitable for the indirect restoration of endodontically treated teeth.
