Additional information | Nigel Faiers, a qualified trainer and member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development has over 35 years experience in the care, support and healthcare sectors. In 2003 Nigel formed Faiers Training Limited and moved from managing a large portfolio of care and supported housing to delivering training and consultancy for the social care & healthcare sectors. Nigel has been delivering training on Safeguarding Adults from abuse since 2003 and the Mental Capacity Act (MCA) since 2006 for staff at all levels both for his own company and on behalf of organisations such as the Social Care Institute for Excellence. Nigel believes in training that is both professional and practical. Nigel has also organised Managing Aggressive Behaviour training for over twenty years and a few years ago took over the delivery of these sessions. *This webinar will be delivered via Zoom.
