Learning outcomes | Learning outcomes Following this course learners should be able to: 1.Rationalise the NHS Charges Regulations and mitigate the risk of falling foul of dental service regulators. 2. Use evidence-based guidance in clinical decision making. 3. Use the care pathway approach to encourage patients to take responsibility for protecting and maintaining their own oral health. 4. Explain the Performers List Validation by Experience training process and summarise the evidence required to demonstrate equivalence against the Professional, Managerial, Clinical and Communication domains of the Foundation Dentist curriculum. 5. Demonstrate recognition of the lifelong learning process. 6. Use clinical audit and peer review to improve quality in the NHS. 7.
