Aims
  1. The organisation and structure of the PCT/The PCT commissioning of dental services/Strategic priorities of PCTs and how dentistry can contribute/NHS dentistry in Oxfordshire - commissioning for the future
  2. VDPs will be able to explain in appropriate detail the actions available to be taken with regard to those colleagues who are under-performing or behaving unethically/VDPs will be able to explain in appropriate detail the actions available to be taken with regard to incompetence, impairment or unethical behaviour from colleagues/VDPs will have a good understanding of the role and responsibility of the National Clinical Assessment Service.
