| Description | The world of running dental practices has changed over the past few years. The current trend within UK dentistry for increased litigation and regulation means that Practice Managers now have to deal with more issues than ever before. This 4-day programme is designed to provide the Practice Manager with an opportunity to gain knowledge about running a successful dental practice. The programme consists of 4 full day workshops. Each workshop comprises 2 units and will deliver 6 hours verifiable CPD activity. There are 8 units in total. Small group work will enhance participant learning by incorporating time for reflection, discussion and peer learning. This CPD programme can also help participants prepare for more advanced courses such as those provided by the Institute of Leadership and Management. | ||
| Additional information | There will be four workshops with one workshop every twelve weeks commencing 23 June 2017. This allows time for reflection in between each workshop, allowing any work to be completed (such as working towards a dementia friendly practice).
