To demonstrate a range of minor oral surgery procedures that can be safely undertaken in general practice including principles of flap design, tooth sectioning, safe bone removal and suturing, so as to aid surgical removal of fractured teeth, uncomplicated third molars and root removal. 3. To discuss the management of pre-operative, intra-operative and post-operative complications associated with dento-alveolar surgery. |
| Learning outcomes | By the end of this course, learners should be able to: 1.
