DescriptionThe aim of the course is to explain the Mental Capacity Act and look at who it affects. The course will provide guidance about the assessment of Capacity and will familiarise staff with recognising and understanding dementia.

SPEAKER BIOGRAPHY: Jo Russell has over 25 years of experience in the dental profession and acquired expertise in all areas of business. She has spent 7 years in the dental branch of the Royal Navy. She’s held the position of Area Practice \manager for a corporate and started her own consultancy and training business in Portsmouth. Jo hold s the Certificate in Education and the NEBOSH National Certificate in health and safety.
