| Description | The morning session will cover the importance of good clinical record keeping with respect to giving the best patient care, quality assurance and risk management, and will show how excellent records can significantly improve the patient’s experience and the practice profitability. The afternoon session will update on all areas of activity of the CQC, from Key Lines of Enquiry (KLOE) and Clinical Governance through to the Health and Social Care Act and founding of the CQC. |
