DescriptionAll members of the dental team must have a sound understanding of the theory behind medical emergency management so they can deal quickly with uncommon but potentially tragic events. This THEORY course meets the annual GDC requirements for CPD in medical emergencies and complements practical BLS training.

Joanne Davidson - Joanne has been a Registered Nurse since 1990, gaining experience working with both medical and surgical patients during that time. The main bulk of her career has been spent working on cardiac units, looking after patients with a variety of acute and chronic heart conditions. She has been a Resuscitation Officer at Basingstoke and North Hampshire Hospital for the last ten years, and regularly instructs on Resuscitation Council (UK) ILS & ALS courses.
