DescriptionIf you work in a clinical environment, the GDC recommends you carry out CPD in core topics to make sure you are up to date. This course will explore the GDC standards with particular reference to complaints handling,andhow to design undertake and learn from audits. The current situation with the CQC will be presented with ways practices can satisfy outcome requirements.

SPEAKER BIOGRAPHY: Jo Russell needs no introduction for those of you who attend Deanery courses. Jo delivers a pragmatic and enjoyable approach to dealing with current dental practice issues. Jo has been in dentistry for 26 years and has performed each role within the practice. Upon leaving the Royal Navy Jo went into Area Practice Management with a large corporate. Jo gained a distinction for NEBOSH in Health and Safety and spends time on her own training and consultancy business and assessing dental nurse students for their Diploma.
