Aims
  1. AIM: To explore what our colleagues expect from us in terms of leadership. To explore where communication difficulties can occur in dental practice.
  2. To explore what we should not tolerate from patients and how to deal with inappropriate behaviour. To explore staff interactions and conflict resolution.
  3. AIM: To look at methods for dealing with specific scenarios of difficult interactions. To explore staff interactions and conflict resolution. To look at methods for dealing with specific scenarios of difficult interactions.
  4. OBJECTIVE: Participants will be better prepared to deal with conflict when it arises in practice. Participants will be aware of their specific roles in dealing with conflict and complaints.
  5. OBJECTIVE:Participants will be aware of how their body language, tone of voice, and choice of words affect their interactions with patients and colleagues. Participants will be aware of their leadership role within the team.
