We will be exploring the importance of effective communication in order to gain and retain patients. Although the day is aimed at the front of house team, practice managers are welcome to join us to support their team members and for everyone to hear the same message.

SPEAKER: Jo Russell is one of our most popular speakers who delivers a pragmatic and enjoyable approach to dealing with current dental practice issues. Jo has been in dentistry for 26 years and has performed each role within the practice. Upon leaving the Royal Navy Jo went into Practice Management and latterly Area Practice Management. Jo gained a distinction for NEBOSH in Health and Safety and has her own training and consultancy business.
