DescriptionThis practical course will update dentists on the current practice of crown and bridgework. Treatment planning, tooth preparation, impression technique, temporisation, try-in and cementation will be covered by short lectures. The phantom head practical sessions will mainly involve tooth preparation for veneers, crowns and bridges, and, will be practised to reach a high standard.
Additional informationApproaches to managing tooth wear, the heavily restored dentition and fixed and removable reconstruction will be discussed.

This is a two part course and both parts must be attended. Please also note the bur list which is specified in the “required equipment” section.-it is not possible to get the best from the two days unless you bring the specified burs, which are not supplied.
