  1. To promote a team approach when dealing with conflict and to improve confidence when dealing with aggressive or assertive individuals
  2. The participants will be better prepared to deal with conflict when it arises in practice
  3. The participants will be more aware of their specific roles in dealing with conflict and complaints
  4. To improve communication skills and body language
  5. To improve empathy with patients and staff and to develop skills to manage conflict with patients and staff members
