DescriptionHypnosis and dentistry have been closely linked for many years, some of the earliest accounts date back to 1836 when Jean Victor Oudet, a Paris Physician undertook the extraction of a tooth from a patient who was hypnotised. There is much evidence to show that its application in the clinical setting can provide significant benefits to both patient and clinician too.
Additional informationThis course is intended for the entire dental team

Anthony Asquith is a psychotherapist and qualified hypnotist since 2000 who has an interest in working with dental professionals around the UK and has worked with thousands of delegates who attend his courses run by most of the NHS Dental Education Deaneries. He’s also written for several leading dental publications and is passionate in his drive to help dental professionals communicate, collaborate and connect with each other and their patients. This promotes greater numbers of case acceptances, increased work place productivity and helps clinicians and their staff avoid complaints and the accompanying stress too.

Steve takes a very creative and interactive approach to training drawing upon my own experience as therapist and as an industry professional.
