Nabina Bhujel qualified in 2001 in Adelaide, Australia. Since qualification moved to the UK and worked in a number of jobs including general practice, community posts and hospital posts. Entered into specialist training in Paediatric Dentistry in 2008 in Leeds and became a specialist in Paediatric Dentistry. Nabina also completed D Clin Dent in Paediatric Dentistry from the University of Leeds. Currently undertaking further specialist training at Guy's and St Thomas' Hospital in UK.

Aims
  1. Diagnose and effectively manage common medical and dental emergencies, including those resulting from treatment complications or failures, infection, allergic response or trauma. Including paediatric trauma
  2. An understanding of the importance of the team management of medical emergencies and facilitating such an approach
  3. Recognise the need and provide care for dentofacial trauma patients requiring immediate attention quickly and effectively.
  4. Identify and refer with an appropriate degree of urgency, medical and dental emergencies which are beyond own scope of management
