Aims
  1. By the end of the morning the participants will be familiar with Covey’s Time Management Matrix and the “80:20 principle”, and how these can help to prioritise tasks
  2. Participants will have thought about strategies to delegate, and to use technology, to help them manage their time better
  3. Be aware of how stress and the “fight, flight or freeze” response can occur, and how these can affect health
  4. Participants will have thought about ways to reduce modifiable professional and personal life stressors and to spot signs of burnout in self and others
