Joe Ingham qualified in 1983 from The London. He currently works part-time in a mainly NHS practice in Wokingham as well as being a Dental Practice Adviser for the two Berkshire PCTs. Joe also works as a tutor at the School of Hygiene and Therapy at The Eastman. Originally appointed as an Associate Dento-Legal Adviser for Dental Protection, Joe was appointed as a Dento-Legal Adviser in 2009.

Dr James Russell Qualified in 2001 from Manchester University. He has a special interest in cosmetic and restorative dentistry and has been accredited by the British Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. James was voted as the 5th most influential dentist in the UK and no.1 in the Private Dentistry’s top 50 awards..
Since 2009 James has been the dental expert providing advice and treatment on Channel 4's highly popular, BAFTA winning, Embarrassing Bodies programme.

  1. A professional approach to patient complaints and accepts responsibility for actions where appropriate
  2. Grievance procedures and complaints and how / when to seek the advice of a professional indemnity organisation.
  3. Understand how to deliver the Aesthetic component of dentistry in the NHS contract.
  4. Be clear how to deliver the type of dentistry that patients require in a safe risk free way
