Additional informationTo discuss and resolve some day to day issues faced by the modern Dental Practice Manager. This course will include the introduction of an induction & appraisal system. You will also identify ways of empowering and engaging the team and learn how to give powerful and effective feedback. Discuss the impact and issues surrounding CQC and other legislation.

SPEAKER BIOGRAPHY: One of our most popular speakers who delivers a pragmatic and enjoyable approach to dealing with current dental practice issues. Jo has been in dentistry for 26 years and has performed each role within the practice. Upon leaving the Royal Navy Jo went into Practice Management and latterly Area Practice Management. Jo gained a distinction for NEBOSH in Health and Safety and has her own training and consultancy business.
