Graduated from King’s College, London in 2013. Spent DF1 year in GDP in Worcestershire. Doing DCT1 year in Special Care in a split post between MK and Aylesbury. Plan to apply for SpR jobs (maybe Ortho? Not sure yet!) next year or do a year in MaxFacs.

  2. What is required to interact effectively with members of the clinical team and how each can contribute to patient care
  3. Understand the dynamics of multi professional working and how these can contribute to the delivery of quality patient care.
  4. Understand the importance of effective leadership within the healthcare team. Understands what is required to communicate effectively with members of the clinical team.
