You will learn to communicate effectively with your patients before, during and after treatment so they can make informed decisions about their care. You will also learn how to be an active listener and know how to satisfy yourself that patients have understood the information you have given them. Using the Nudge Technique will: • Reduce patient no-shows and gaps in your appointment books • Increase patient commitment to oral health behaviour change • Avoid patients getting angry • Increase uptake of treatment plans • Help you build a base of compliant patients. This course is intended for the entire practice team.
