Aims
  1. By the end of the morning participants will be able to reflect on past experiences and achievements and to use these reflections to guide them in the future, understand the appraisal and revalidation processes and be able to build a portfolio of supporting evidence in line with the GDC standards , understand different individual learning styles and attitudes to time management
  2. By the end of the morning participants will have experienced a Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) exercise designed to help focus and clarify thought, formulated a ‘Ideal World’ using creative, realistic and critical techniques
  3. Practised creating a Personal Development Plan (PDP) that is SMART and PURE
