DescriptionThis information event will tell you everything you ever wanted to know about the Wessex GDP appraisal scheme. This rolling pilot scheme is now in its third year and over 130 local GDPs have already benefited from peer appraisal with fellow GDPs in the NHS. GDP appraisal provides a valuable opportunity for personal and professional reflection, and can support GDPs to fulfil their potential. Our skilled appraisers undertake regular training to refresh their skills and look forward to sharing information about the scheme at this free event.
