DescriptionThis session will aim to prepare the TFT for employment at the end of the TFT scheme. The session will focus on interview skills and CV enhancement and will involve a practical element and group work.
Additional informationThis course is suitable for Dental Therapist Foundation Trainees.

Michelle has spent 15 years running her training consultancy (Sykes Training) which delivers courses in recruitment and interviewing, discipline and grievance and other HR related programmes. Prior to this, Michelle was a HR Director for the Halifax and the Warner Hotel Group specialising in Recruitment, Training and HR development.
Michelle is CIPD qualified and is a certified trainer and coach in Emotional Intelligence and the Strength Deployment Inventory. She also holds the 7307 teaching certificate.

Ellie Kennoway is an experienced HR Officer specialising in training and recruitment. Ellie is currently completing her MSc in Human Resource Management / Development and is CIPD qualified. Ellie has held previous HR positions in both the public and private sector where she has interviewed up to director level.
