This course is intended for Practice Managers and dental staff involved in practice management issues.

Jo Russell delivers a pragmatic and enjoyable approach to dealing with current dental practice issues. Jo has been in dentistry for 26 years and has performed each role within the practice. Upon leaving the Royal Navy Jo went into Practice Management and latterly Area Practice Management. Jo gained a distinction for NEBOSH in Health and Safety and has her own training and consultancy business.
