DescriptionThe day will have 4 major sections: An update on projects within the Deanery; An update from the Area Team on performer list management and poor performance processes; A briefing on commissioning and the restorative clinical network; An introduction to Direct Access for DCPs. The faculty will break into smaller groups to work through the impact of what they have discussed during the day and begin to formulate how the Deanery can best respond to ensure appropriate educational support for the dental team.
