DescriptionCQC Outcome 9 focuses entirely on the way practices manage medicines. Our speaker will describe processes the CQC expects to be in place so medicines are handled, administered, prescribed and used in a safe and effective manner. Delegates will consider practice actions to demonstrate compliance and will be able to reflect on how their practice can manage medicines to ensure best outcomes for their patients every time.
Additional informationThis course is intended for the entire practice team and will be of particular interest to the Management of Medicines Lead for the practice.
