| Description | As our patient base ages, do their dental needs change? Are we giving 85 year old patients with bridges and implants appropriate treatment plans? This course will cover the ‘aging patient’ from the preventive and restorative aspect. You will receive comprehensive information which will give you confidence when returning to practice. |
| Additional information | INTENDED AUDIENCE: GDPs, Therapists and Hygienists SPEAKER'S BIOGRAPHY: Sachin VarmaBDS, MClinDent, MFDS RCS (Eng), MRD RCS (Edin) GDC 78200 Dr Sachin Varma is a registered specialist with the General Dental Council in prosthodontics. He obtained a Masters in Clinical Dentistry at Kings College, London. Sachin still plays an active role there in training both postgraduate and undergraduate dentists. He has a vast knowledge and experience in implant dentistry and takes great pleasure in sharing his skills. Sachin offers a mentoring service to referring dentists. His clinical work has been reviewed and assessed by world leaders in restorative dentistry at Guys hospital. He also gained top marks in his Masters thesis:his work has since been published internationally. |
