Description“Legal and Ethical issues” and “ Complaints Handling” are two subjects the GDC recommends registrants include within their CPD portfolio. As no minimum number of hours are advised, this course would provide evidence of verifiable CPD in these subject areas, sufficient to satisfy CPD cycle requirements.

Biography - Nick Torlot spent 19 years as clinical director of Salaried dental services in Hampshire, while continuing to practice clinical dentistry. He has been involved in dental education as an advisor and vocational trainer with the London Deanery and as a trainer with the Winchester scheme. Nick joined the DDU as a dental advisor in 2010.
